About Dr. Maggie
Dr. Maggie is a product line of Arrowleaf Pet, a developer and manufacturer of health care products for pets, located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Maggie’s products are the result of intensive scientific research, and all ingredients are determined to be safe before clinical trials are undertaken. We carefully screen and select our raw materials for the highest standards of safety, efficacy and consistency.
Over the last decade there have been significant increases in the rates of skin disease, allergies, and chronic progressive joint disease in companion animals. We have seen first hand the devastating effects of these health problems on animals, and the people who care for them. Through our research, we have identified specific nutritional solutions that have been proven extremely effective in the prevention and treatment of many common conditions.

R&D
NaturPet Inc. continues to conduct research and product development for Dr. Maggie and NaturPet branded products. We have recently launched two reformulations of our Dr. Maggie products, and we are always striving to improve and enhance our products for maximum efficacy. We currently have a half dozen formulas in the lab as part of our new development and redevelopment efforts. You can always count on Dr. Maggie products to stay on the leading edge of natural medicine for your canine and feline companions.
Quality Assurance
All Dr. Maggie products are produced in a GMP certified facility. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any pharmaceutical production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product. GMP covers all aspects of production from the starting materials, premises, and equipment to the training and personal hygiene of staff. Detailed, written procedures are essential for each process that could affect the quality of the finished product. There must be systems to provide documented proof that correct procedures are consistently followed at each step in the manufacturing process - every time a product is made.
